Delivery Information

Order confirmation

When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email along with an estimated installation window. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your item is available and can be delivered and installed successfully. In the event that your items are unavailable, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. 

How will my order be delivered and installed?

All orders will be delivered and installed by our expert and experienced team. Once we process your payment, the installation team will contact you to organise a delivery and installation date.

Where does elegantleisure.co.uk deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK only (United Kingdom).
